3.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the materials and content created by Digna for the client shall belong to Digna, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 The client grants Digna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any intellectual property provided by the client for the purpose of performing the services.
4.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the other party.
